Cancellations
Your life can be busy and it is understandable that unexpected changes to your daily schedule can happen.
Given ample time (i.e. 24 hours cancellation notice), I will try to find you an alternative date and time slot for a counseling session.
A cancellation of less than 24 hours in advance or ‘no-show’ at the specified time will result in billing of 1 hour counseling rate.
Health Insurance
Counseling costs in the area of self-awareness, self-development or personality maturation are – unfortunately – still not covered by the Swiss Health Insurance system.
