Payment Options

To offer you maximum flexibility the following payment options are available:

Cancellations

Your life can be busy and it is understandable that unexpected changes to your daily schedule can happen.

If you do have to change your appointment, please note:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule for an alternative appointment.

     

  • A cancellation of  less than 24 hours in advance or ‘no-show’ at the specified time will result in billing of 1 hour counselling rate.

Health Insurance

Please note that counselling costs in the areas of self-discovery, self-improvement, or personal development are unfortunately not covered by Swiss Health Insurance companies.
